Spade’s Burger Malaysia is having their XOXO Burger Promo. The ever popular Porkception is now enhanced further with the use of real XO sauce.
For those who are alien to this, XO sauce is a spiced seafood condiment made using dried seafood (namely scallop and shrimp) that gives it an umami flavour.
In an XOXO burger, you get Spade’s Burger usual bun sandwiching Spade’s Burger housemade pork patty and XO sauce sautéed pork belly. To boost it further, some pork crisps are added for that extra crrrp crrrp texture.
