Terms and Conditions

• Payment must be made with The Platinum Card®, American Express® Platinum Credit Card, American Express® Gold Card, The American Express® Card, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer American Express® Gold Credit Card, Maybank 2 Cards Premier, all Visa Infinite Cards, all Maybank World Mastercard® and Visa Signature Cards.
• Each voucher is for room only and is valid for one night’s stay.
• Vouchers are not valid for stay on eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
• A copy of the voucher(s) is required to be submitted when making a booking for any of the hotels.
• Voucher(s) must be presented upon check-in.
• Rooms are subject to availability.
• Maximum capacity in a room is 4 persons (adult & child). Child must be accompanied by an adult. Cardmember must indicate number of persons at time of booking. Additional charges may apply.
• Child aged between 7 and 12 years will be charged for breakfast.
• A surcharge of RM150 nett per room per night is applicable between 15 December and 31 December 2020.
• Where applicable, surcharge of RM100 nett per room per night is applicable for guaranteed full sea-view rooms.
• Once confirmed, booking cannot be amended. Voucher used for the booking will also be voided in case of no-show.
