Maybank Malaysia is having their Top Up Select Campaign. Get even higher rates for your Premier 1 Account and Premier Mudharabah Account-i when you perform inward fund transfer, spend with credit card, make a placement for eFixed Deposit, or be a Privilege Tagged customer when you open a new Premier 1 Account or Premier Mudharabah Account-i.

Campaign Pre-Requisite

• Customers who have a new or existing Premier 1 Account (PM1) or Premier Mudharabah Account-i (PMA-i) are eligible to participate in this campaign to earn Bonus Interest/Profit.
• Incremental Average Daily Balance must be a minimum of RM 10,000 and a maximum of RM 250,000 for the account.
• Available Account Outstanding Balance must be a minimum of RM 10,000 for the each respective month end.
• Incremental Average Daily Balance in the account refers to the difference in the Average Daily Balance during the Campaign Period as compared to the Average Daily Balance in the account for the month of January 2020.

Reward Mechanics

1Board Rate is calculated based on the Account’s Outstanding Balance.

2Bonus Interest Is calculated based on the Incremental Average Daily Balance (ADB) and each product/service requirements.

3The Total Rate is dependent on the Board Rate + Bonus Interest of product/service requirements

For all products/service combinations, the customer must meet the compulsory pre-requisite of minimum ADB Growth.

The Board Rate and/or Bonus Interest may be revised accordingly to reflect the changes of the Overnight Policy Rate (OPR) set by Bank Negara Malaysia. For latest PM1 rates

Premier Mudharabah Account-i (Effective: 16th May 2020 onwards)

1. Premier 1 Account is protected by PIDM up to RM 250,000 for each depositor.
2. Premier Mudharabah Account-i is not protected by PIDM.
3. The rates/profit may be revised accordingly to reflect the changes of the Overnight Policy Rate (OPR) set by Bank Negara Malaysia.

• Bonus Interest/Profit will be credited to the Account within 60 business days of the following month or on such other date as determined by Maybank. In the event that the Account is closed before the Bonus Interest/Profit is credited, no Bonus Interest/Profit shall be paid to the Account Holder.

  • The Premier 1 Account (PM1) or Premier Mudharabah Account-i (PMA-i) must have minimum Incremental Average Daily Balance of RM 10,000 up to a maximum of RM 250,000. The minimum Balance Outstanding must be RM 10,000 for the each respective month end.

Detail 1: Inward Fund Transfer (Optional Services)

• The Premier 1 Account (PM1) or Premier Mudharabah Account-i (PMA-i) must have minimum Incremental Average Daily Balance of RM10,000 up to a maximum of RM250,000. The minimum Balance Outstanding of RM10,000 for the each respective month end.
• The Premier 1 Account (PM1) or Premier Mudharabah Account-i (PMA-i) must have cumulative Inward Fund Transfer amount of RM10,000 and above for the month.

Detail 2: eFixed Deposit (eFD) Placement via FPX (Optional Product)

• The Premier 1 Account (PM1) or Premier Mudharabah Account-i (PMA-i) must have minimum Incremental Average Daily Balance of RM10,000 up to a maximum of RM250,000. The minimum Balance Outstanding must be  RM10,000 for each respective month end.
• The Premier 1 Account (PM1) or Premier Mudharabah Account-i (PMA-i) must have cumulative Inward Fund Transfer amount of RM10,000 and above for the month.

Detail 3: Credit Card Spend (Optional Product)

• The Premier 1 Account (PM1) or Premier Mudharabah Account-i (PMA-i) must have minimum Incremental Average Daily Balance of RM10,000 up to a maximum of RM250,000. The minimum Balance Outstanding must be RM10,000 for each respective month end.
• The Premier 1 Account (PM1) or Premier Mudharabah Account-i (PMA-i) must have cumulative Inward Fund Transfer amount of RM10,000 and above for the month.

Detail 4: New Account Opening with Service Tagging (Optional Service)

• The Premier 1 Account (PM1) or Premier Mudharabah Account-i (PMA-i) must have minimum Incremental Average Daily Balance of RM10,000 up to a maximum of RM250,000. The minimum Balance Outstanding must be RM10,000 for each respective month end.
• The Premier 1 Account (PM1) or Premier Mudharabah Account-i (PMA-i) must have cumulative Inward Fund Transfer amount of RM10,000 and above for the month.
