Good news again and again! Starting from this Saturday, we will have another online “at Home” class by Esther into our online class schedule!
Inversion at Home by Esther (50 min) at 4.00pm Saturday, starting from 2 May 2020 until MCO be lifted!
About the class : Learning to invert the body can be a joyous & fun experiences. There are many small steps that we can take towards the full expression of these postures.
Follow this class weekly, you will learn the fundamentals of different types of Inversion. Train your body to have strength, control, stability that’s necessary to keep your balance upside down
Class Level: Intermediate
Ease/Intensity: Intermediate
Props (optional): Yoga block, strap or towel , solid WALL if needed
Capacity: 12 pax only
