Astro GO Malaysia is having their Complimentary Viewing for All Malaysians. In light of the recent events, Astro GO is now available to all Malaysians to enjoy great entertainment during this trying time.

During this period, non-Astro customers will be able to access 22 live channels and thousands of on demand content, from now, until the 31st of March.
Why is Astro providing complimentary viewing access to selected channels and shows on Astro GO?
??We understand that Malaysians can get restless very quickly while staying at home, which is why we want Astro GO to keep you company! Astro will be offering complimentary viewing of 22 channels including selected on demand shows via Astro GO from Saturday, 21 March until 11:59pm, Tuesday, 31 March 2020 all Malaysians including non-Astro customers.
To enjoy this, download Astro GO app via the App Store or Google Play. Alternatively, users can also access Astro GO at astrogo.com.my.

I am not an Astro customer; how do I have access to these channels and shows?
On your mobile devices, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Download the Astro Go app via the App Store or Google Play
Step 2: Click “Not an Astro Customer”
Step 3: Setup an ID with your email
Step 4: Verify your ID with the 6-digit pin sent to your email
To access Astro GO on your Laptop/desktop, type astrogo.com.my and follow the same steps as above.
Why do I need to create a login/ Astro ID to access Astro GO?
Astro ID is personal sign-in credential for Astro’s digital services, such as Astro GO, My Astro and more. An Astro ID is required to provide you access to Astro GO during this complimentary viewing period.
What on demand shows can I watch on Astro GO during the complimentary viewing period?
You will be able to watch on demand shows from the 22 free channels anytime, anywhere.
I am an NJOI Customer, will I have access to Astro GO during the complimentary viewing period?
Yes, this complimentary viewing period is for all Malaysians and you will be able to access 22 channels including selected on demand shows via Astro GO. However, the NJOI Prepaid channels that you purchased on your Set Top Box will not be carried through to this service.
Is this available in Malaysia only?
Yes, this complimentary viewing is only available in Malaysia.
Can I purchase shows in the Store tab?
Unfortunately, this feature is only available for Astro customers.
How many devices can I log in with my ID on Astro GO?
For non-Astro customers, you may log in with 1 device.
Why I can only use Astro GO on 1 device?
For non-Astro customers, each login is restricted to 1 device at every one time. If you wish to watch on another device, please remove the current device from Astro GO and re-login with another device.
To remove your current device, you can go to <Settings>, <Registered Devices> and select the current device being used to remove access the service. Then just log in again from another device with the same email and password.
Is Astro GO compatible with my device?
Astro GO is supported on the following internet-enabled devices, web browsers, and operating systems:
- Selected iOS mobile and tablet devices running iOS 10.0 & above.
- SelectedAndroid mobile and tablet devices running Android OS Version 7.0 & above.
The following desktop web browsers:
- Google Chrome version 63.0.3239 & above
- Mozilla Firefox version 57.0.4 & above
- Apple Safari version 9.1.3 & above
Running on the following Operating Systems:

Will the streaming quality on Astro GO adjust according to my Internet speed?
Yes, Astro GO employs adaptive streaming technology, which adjusts the streaming quality depending on the quality of the network connection available and the speed. The actual amount of data you will be using for one-hour streaming will vary between 300MB to 700MB.
The recommended broadband speed for viewing is 5MBPS across all devices to avoid poor streaming quality. Turn on your Wi-Fi for the best Astro GO experience!
Do I have to be subscribed to a particular Internet service provider to enjoy Astro GO?
No, you can use any Internet connection to access Astro GO.
I’ve created an Astro ID previously for NJOI NOW/Astro GO for non-Astro customers. Can I use the same Astro ID to log in?
Yes, your Astro ID would still work for complimentary viewing on Astro GO.
