The Campaign Period will be from 12:00 AM on March 11, 2020 to 11:59 PM on March 25, 2020.
This Campaign Eligibility is open to all legal persons of Malaysia 18 years of age and older who have joined as a Dear Nestlé member at the beginning of the Campaign Period.
Admission Methods To participate as a “DEAR NESTLÉ” member and receive a MAGGI® sample from the Organizer, you will need to:

Entry Date All new subscriptions must be received by the Organizer on or before 25 March 2020/11: 59PM.
Rating Details
A total of five thousand (5,000) Campaign Samples may only be redeemed by the first Dear Nestlé member during the campaign period;
Only one (1) sample can be redeemed per household; and
Submissions must be complete and validated by the Organizer.
Delivery date
The sample will be sent to the address provided by the member within four (4) to six (6) weeks after the campaign end date.
All shipments will only be processed on weekdays.
The Terms of Entry must be read in conjunction with the Terms of Entry, the “Terms and Conditions” collectively, and shall bind all participants (and the parent / legal guardian of the participant, in the case of a minor) participating in the Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants” ”,“ Participant ”,“ you ”,“ you ”,“ you have ”).
B. Terms of Admission
Introduction
1.1 These Terms of Entry should be read in conjunction with the Entry Schedule. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms of Entry and the Schedule of Entry, then the Entry Schedule shall apply. Terms of Entry and Schedule of Entry are collectively referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”. Each term not otherwise specified herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Schedule of Entry. The terms set forth shall be used singly or plurally as applicable.
1.2 The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to any person, at any time to change the Terms and Conditions including changing the Campaign Period, making a Replacement of the Samples, canceling, terminating or suspending the Campaign in whole or in part. In the event of any change to the Terms and Conditions, the Participants agree that their continued participation in this Campaign will constitute their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (as modified).
1.3 The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign including the judgment and election of the winner shall be final and no correspondence or appeal shall be entertained thereafter.
Terms of participation
2.1 By submitting to the Campaign, the Participant is deemed to have understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.
2.2 All costs and expenses incurred and / or arising from participation in the Campaign, including without limitation, telecommunications, networks, Short Messaging Services, postal and all other charges and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Participant during or in connection with the Campaign will be borne by the Participant completely.
2.3 Proof of submission is not proof of acceptance and the Organizer shall not be liable for any delays, lost, damaged and / or non-acceptance of the submission.
Eligibility
The Organizer may request that the Participant provide his / her eligibility to participate in the Campaign including without limitation, identification documents, and written consent of the parent / legal guardian in the case of Participants under the age of eighteen (18)
Not deserved
The following groups are not eligible for Campaign:
Organizational staff and groups of companies and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and spouses); and
Organizational agency employees associated with the Campaign and their immediate families (spouses, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses).
Disqualified
5.1 The following entries will be disqualified:
incomplete, incomplete, unread or incorrect copy; and / or
entries that violate the Terms and Conditions, any applicable laws and / or regulations.
5.2 In addition, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who:
has or attempted to undermine the Campaign’s operations through fraud and / or fraud
are not eligible or cannot provide proof of participation in the Campaign for endorsement by the Organizer upon request.
