- Rooms booking under special GP rate is subject to availability.
- Members are able to book the room via iHoliday website: https://book.rwgenting.com. Reservations must be made in advance.
- Amendment is not allowed once booking confirmed. Refunds will not be entertained after point deduction.
- Room(s) will be considered utilized in the event of a cancellation or no-show. Check in on behalf of another person is not allowed.
- Check in with the check-in kiosk or pay RM15 to check in at the front office counter.
- Effective 01.09.2017, all international tourists (non-Malaysians) will be charged a Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night in accordance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017. This tax will be collected upon check-in.
