A) ORGANISER
1. The AEON MALL Black Friday Limited Edition Cuddly Ginger Bread Plush Cushion Redemption Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by AEON Co (M) Bhd (“Organiser”).
B) PROMOTION PERIOD
1. The Promotion begins from 25th November 2019 and ends on 1st December 2019 (“Promotion Period”).
C) ELIGIBILITY
1. This Promotion is open to all the Organiser’s customers aged 18 and above. (“Participant”).
2. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion:
a. Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of the Organizer (including their affiliated and related companies) and their immediate family members;
b. Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of the promotion service providers of the participating tenants (including their affiliated and related companies],
c. Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of the promotion service providers of the Organiser and the participating tenants (including their affiliated and related companies], and their immediate family members.
D) QUALIFYING CRITERIA AND PARTICIPATION PROCESS
1. To participate in this Promotion, the Participant must make a minimum purchase amount of RM350 and above (“Minimum Amount”) from any tenant of the Participating Malls (“Tenants”) during the Promotion Period.
2.The Minimum Amount must be spent in a maximum of three (3) receipts on the same day. The Free Gift (hereinafter defined) must be redeemed and draw on the same day at the Participating Mall where the purchase was made within the Promotion Period. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse the request for any late redemption of the Free Gift.
3. The Minimum Amount shall not include the following:
a. Bill payment(s) including telecommunication, utility, postal services, reload/top up (including Touch & Go prepaid), bank credit card slips, or cash card transaction slips;
b. Purchase of AEON’s vouchers or purchase of Tenants’ vouchers.
c. Gift cards receipts, push cart receipts, receipts of membership fees, instalment plans and atrium events receipts; and
d. Purchases / spending at AEON General Merchandising Stores, AEON supermarket, AEON Wellness, MaxValu and other outlets managed by the Organiser.
5. Upon spending the Minimum Amount at the Tenants, the Participant shall register at the Participating Mall’s Customer Service Counter by presenting their IC / Passport and providing the original purchase receipt to the respective counter to redeem the Free Gift.
E) FREE GIFTS
1. The Free Gifts can be redeemed at the Participating Malls.
