No car documents needed if your car information can be found on Sureplify (https://www.sureplify.com/tng/#/). Just bring your NRIC/Driving License/Passport (if non-Malaysian).
An authorisation letter from the car owner is required if the Touch ‘n Go eWallet account holder and the car owner are different. You may download the Authorisation Letter Corporate or Authorisation Letter Vehicle Owner from Touch n Go website.
If you’re unable to retrieve your car information from Sureplify, please bring along a copy of Vehicle Ownership Certificate (Grant) or a valid Insurance Cover Note.
Remember to bring your car(s).
