1. This Promotion will be held from 17th July to 31st July, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. This Promotion is organised by WeChat Pay Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“WeChat Pay MY”) and is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
3. By clicking on the promotional link within WeChat, any WeChat Pay MY Wallet user (“User”) can redeem a coupon of RM8 which can be used on the purchase of movie tickets from [WeTix] (subject to a minimum spending of RM20) using WeChat Pay MY Wallet during the Promotion Period.
4. A coupon will be valid for 14 days upon receipt (inclusive).
5. A User can enjoy up to 1 coupon during the Promotion Period.
6. The Promotion is on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability.
7. A User can participate in more than one promotion as long as he satisfies the eligibility requirements for such promotions.
8. Only one coupon can be used in a transaction. If a User has more than one coupon in his/her WeChat Pay MY Wallet, the coupon with the highest value will be automatically consumed. If there are more than one coupon of the same value in the WeChat Pay MY Wallet, the coupon which expires sooner will be automatically consumed.
9. If a refund takes place, a User will only be entitled to a refund of the amount actually paid by him/her but not the value of the coupon.
10. If a User obtains and/or uses a coupon by fraud or misconduct, WeChat Pay reserves the right to disqualify the User from participating in the Promotion and/or using the coupon.
11. WeChat Pay MY reserves the right to withhold, restrict or deny any Users from enjoying the Discount if it considers any possibility of fraud or misconduct. WeChat Pay MY’s decision is final in the event of dispute regarding all matters relating to this Promotion.
12. WeChat Pay MY reserves the right to amend or change any terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time.
13. By participating in the Promotion, the User accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agrees that WeChat Pay MY may use his/her personal data for this Promotion.
