We are honoured to be graced with his presence, he is no other than Mr Angus Winchester who is the Director of Education for Bar Convents and was awarded Best Bar Mentor 2016 at Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.
He has been in the bar industry for years and has seen how things work in different parts of the world. How long has he been doing it you ask?
