Mercat Malaysia is having their Txogitxu Special. Txogitxu known as the worlds best beef.
They are old cows (between the age of 8 to 17 years) left to graze and being raised specifically for steakhouses. During this time the marbling matures, ultimately giving the beef a distinctly deep flavour.
