Participation in the Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad’s (AMB) ‘BE THE AJINOMOTO UMAMI CLUB MEMBER’ (“Campaign”) constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (including any variations to the same made by AMB
without any requirement of notice).
2. All relevant instructions on the AMB’s Facebook Page and website form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. This campaign will run from 15 March 2019 until 31 March 2019 (“Campaign Period”).
4. All registrations must be received by 23:59:59 (Malaysia time, based on our system’s time) of 31
March 2019 in order to qualify for the campaign. Late submissions will not be entertained and the decision is final and not appealable.
5. This campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia and aged 18 years and above. Participant must be an individual and not a company or organization. AMB reserve the right to exclude and/or disqualify participants who do not fall within the category of Participants and/or who are in breach of the Campaign’s Terms and Conditions.
6. This Campaign mechanisms are open to new Umami Club Members based on a “first come, first served” basis, where the first 500 participants who successfully register themselves legitimately as Umami Club members within the Campaign Period will receive a set of Ajinomoto Products as the prize.
7. All member registration will undergo a verification and approval process. AMB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any registrations that are incorrect, incomplete, suspicious, and invalid
or to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the operation of the Campaign.
8. By participating in the Campaign, Participant warrants that all registered details are true and accurate.
9. Winner announcement will be made in AMB website (www.ajinomoto.com.my) on April 2019 and
all winners will be notified through email.
10. AMB reserves the rights to post the winners’ names may, at AMB’s discretion in AMB website,Facebook, Twitter and all social network service.
11. Prize is not redeemable for cash and not transferable. AMB shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice.
12. Prize will be posted via courier services to the winners upon confirmation of delivery details and AMB will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery by courier services to the winners.
13. If there is any event that prevents or hinders AMB’s conduct of the Campaign or AMB’s ability to deliver the prizes to the winners, AMB may, in its discretion, cancel the Campaign, recommence it at
another time under the same conditions or select another winner.
14. AMB reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of the mechanism, Prizes or these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
15. In case of any dispute, AMB’s decision is final and no correspondences shall be entertained.
