TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HÄAGEN-DAZS ICE CREAM PROMOTION
1. Promotion Period is from 1st March 2019 to 29th March 2019.
2. Purchase ONE (1) scoop of Häagen-Dazs ice cream in a cup for RM5 nett with the
“Pay” function using Touch ‘n Go eWallet at all Häagen-Dazs outlets nationwide.
3. Promotion is applicable from MONDAY to FRIDAY only.
4. Limited to ONE (1) scoop per transaction/bill. No split transaction/bill is allowed.
5. Any cone(s) and/or extra topping(s), the additional charges shall be borne by
User.
6. Promotion is valid for takeaway only. Any additional service charges for dine-in
shall be borne by User.
7. Promotion is limited to the first 20,000 scoops purchased collectively at all HäagenDazs outlets nationwide throughout the Promotion Period. The Promotion will cease
once the 20,000 scoops have been sold or until the expiration of the Promotion
Period, whichever is earlier.
8. Not valid with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or membership
privileges.
9. Promotion is not exchangeable with any other products or cash.
