How much is the membership fee?
Membership fee is only RM30 during sign up to enjoy these great benefits. Please note that this fee is inclusive of the goods and services tax (“GST”) pursuant to the Goods and Services Tax Act 2014.
Is membership fee refundable?
Membership fee is not refundable.
How do I sign up for TGV Cinemas MovieClub?
The registration of new members is currently disabled to give way to the soon-to-be-launched new loyalty programme. Registration will open again when the new loyalty programme is launched. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Who can join TGV Cinemas MovieClub?
To join TGV Cinemas MovieClub, you must;
Be a permanent resident in Malaysia.Have valid NRIC/Passport.Be 18 years of age and above.Have valid email address.Have valid Malaysia mobile number.Will my membership account expire?
The membership account is valid for 12 months from date of sign up.
Is my membership account and card transferable?
Both are non-transferable.
Am I able to hold more than one membership account?
You are not allowed multiple membership accounts as each membership account is uniquely tagged to your registered details.
When is the launch of the new loyalty programme?
The new loyalty programme will be launched at the end of 2018.
You will get two (2) movie tickets and one (1) popcorn combo for your birthday. These Freebies are available in your account on the first day of your birthday month.*Applicable for the current MovieClub programme only.
How can I redeem my Welcome Freebies (2 x FREE movie tickets*1 and a regular popcorn set) and Birthday Freebies (2 x FREE movie tickets*2 and a regular popcorn set)?
If you register online, you do not need to perform the activation of your membership, but you will receive an email with a verification link to validate your registration and email address. Thereafter, you can start to redeem your Freebies from TGV Cinemas.

Can I redeem my Freebies online?
Online redemption of freebies is currently disabled to prep the system for the soon-to-be-launchednew loyalty programme. Freebies can be redeemed at any TGV Cinemas for now. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Where can I redeem my Freebies?
Free movie tickets can be redeemed at any TGV Cinemas. Free popcorn sets and soft drinks can only be redeemed from Candy Bar counters at TGV Cinemas.
