1. Booking made at HERE using all UOB Visa Cards.
2. Customers should check their booking details during the purchase process in booking website and if there is any mistake or discrepancy in information, please contact the Tapestry Malaysia team immediately.
3. No refund on the no show or cancellation of bookings, customers who missed their bookings or did not show up for the booking will not be refunded.
4.Tapestry Malaysia team may postpone, delay, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to dangerous situations or any other causes beyond reasonable control of the Tapestry Malaysia team, but not limited to examples below:

• Flooding
• Hurricane

• or any force major event
5. Customer are entitled to re-schedule another booking within the event date.
