Terms & Conditions

• This promotion is valid for bookings till 15 November 2018.
• Payments must be made using an AmBank Debit Mastercard® or AmBank Mastercard® Credit Card/AmBank Islamic Mastercard® Credit Card-i.
• Packages featured are fixed and cannot be customized, where pricing for the packages are as mentioned and are non-negotiable.
• All payments made would be in Singapore Dollar (SGD), other currencies mentioned are only indicative and not final.
• The promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers, privileges or promotions (unless otherwise specified).
• The promotion is only applicable for bookings made through a dedicated landing page only at the following URL: www.halaltrip.com/mastercard/. Full payment is needed in order to confirm the booking, where payment confirmation will be sent at the time of booking with confirmed booking vouchers, along with the local points of contacts, to be shared within seven (7) business working days from date of payment.
• Alternate Hotels will be offered in case the original Hotel (included in the package) is not available.
• If a place of visit is closed to visitors, it will be replaced with an alternative.
• The sequence of itinerary is subject to change without prior notice.
• Due to local or religious festivals unforeseen circumstances and weather conditions, the sequence of itinerary may need to be changed or alternative sites substituted at short notice.
• Passengers have to ensure that they hold a valid visa to enter their destination country.
• The minimum number of Adults needed for the package is mentioned under “number of adults”.
• Timings of tours and meals are subject to last minute changes and customers would be updated during the tour.
• Package inclusions are as mentioned in the Itinerary.
• Details of local points of contact will be shared with the booking vouchers.
• Packages available “On Request” require 3 business working days to have confirmed availability.
• The promotion discount is applicable to packages charges only (excluding visa fees, insurance, airport or local taxes, gratuities, personal expenses, service fees and additional charges).
• The promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The qualifying and participating Cardholders are bounded by the terms and conditions of HalalTrip, Mastercard® and AmBank/AmBank Islamic.
• AmBank/AmBank Islamic reserves the right to terminate, amend or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time with at least five (5) calendar days’ notice to Cardholders before the new Terms and Conditions take effect.
