Each Cardmember is entitled to one redemption per day and redemption must be made on the same day of purchase at the HomePro Customer Service Counter. The HomePro Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of collection.
- **Spend & Win: Each Cardmember is eligible to win one Prize throughout the Campaign Period. Winners will be selected via a randomizer programme. Announcement of winners will be posted on the Maybank website at www.maybank2u.com.my and the Malaysian American Express website at americanexpress.com.my within 12 weeks from the end of the Campaign Period. A confirmation letter will be sent to winners’ billing addresses. Winners are required to claim their Prizes at the selected HomePro Customer Service Counter within 8 weeks from the issuance date of the confirmation letter. The HomePro Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the voucher issuance date and cannot be exchanged for cash.
