How it works?
- Simply make a regular purchase at a Subway® restaurant and keep your receipt.
- Visit here within 3 days from the date of visit.
- Take a simple survey usng the Store ID# on your receipt.
- Receive unique code after the completion and write it on the back of the receipt to redeem yourself a free cookie from the same store.
