Terms & Conditions
- RM10/cake is available for Uncle Tetsu’s Signature Cheesecake only (as shown on this event cover photo)
- Other products (beside Uncle Tetsu Cheesestick) will be available for sales at 10% opening promo discount and subject to availability.
- On the opening day, each customer will be entitled to purchase 1 pcs of RM10/cake only
- Pre-order or Phone booking is not available at the moment, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
- To promote a comforable buying experience, customer who cutting in line will not be entertained.
- As our cakes are all freshly baked on-the-spot, please forgive us as we will schedule a production sequence in our kitchen, in each hour the maximum cakes that we able to bake will be 36+/- pcs only.
- In order to save up the waiting time, collection form will be distributed to first 300 customers who made payment, and a collection time will be pre-informed, customers can then spend their time in the mall while waiting for the collection time as noticed by our outlet staff.
