Terms and conditions

1. Employees of Melvita (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, their business partners, agencies and immediate family members are not eligible to take part in this promotion.
2. This promotion is open to users residing in Malaysia and Singapore only.
3. This promotion runs from 3rd November 2015 – 4th January 2016 , strictly whilst stocks last.
4. A one-time registration is required.
5. Each registrant is entitled to redeem FIVE sample sachets which consists of 2x Argan Oil 1ml and 3x Rose Floral Water 1.5ml. Redemption of the samples are bound to the following:
   1. Redemption is open to all, with presentation of the original redemption email for in-store redemption.
   2. Each registrant can redeem online with any online purchase.
   3. Strictly whilst stock last, based on a first come first serve basis.
   4. Each registrant can only redeem at their selected preferred boutiques in Malaysia.
   5. Limited to one redemption per customer.
   6. Each customer is eligible to claim two sample sachets, even if they have used multiple email accounts to participate.
   7. No representative is allowed to collect on behalf. Proof of ID must be presented upon request. Failing to do so will terminate the redemption.
   8. Melvita Malaysia reserves the right to replace any of the items for another item of similar value.
   9. Original redemption email must be presented on smartphone, electronic tablet, or laptop with internet connection. Print out redemption email will not be entertained.
   10. In the case of any dispute, the decision of Melvita Malaysia shall remain final.
6. Discount of 10% off is only applicable for Argan Oil 50ml and Rose Floral Water 200ml retail product in January 2016.
7. Discount of 10% is not entitled for VIP point’s accumulation or further discounts and other vouchers.
