Terms and Conditions
- This campaign runs from 9th – 25th September. Strictly whilst stocks last.
- A one-time registration is required.
- Each registrant is entitled to redeem FIVE sample sachet. Redemption of the sampling kit is bound to the following:
- Redemption is open to all, with presentation of the original redemption email for in-store redemption. Duplication will not be entertained.
- Each registrant can redeem online with any online purchase.
- Strictly whilst stock last, based on a first come first serve basis.
- Each registrant can only redeem at their selected preferred boutiques in Malaysia.
- Limited to one redemption per customer. Multiple email address will not be entertained.
- Each customer is eligible to claim the sampling kit once, even if they have used multiple email accounts to participate.
- No representative is allowed to collect on behalf. Proof of ID must be presented upon request. Failing to do so will terminate the redemption.
- L’OCCITANE Malaysia reserves the right to replace any of the items for another item of similar value.
- Original redemption email can be presented as a printed copy (either in black & white or colour) or from a mobile phone, electronic tablet, or laptop.
- In the case of any dispute, the decision of L’OCCITANE Malaysia shall remain final.
