   I went to the Secret Recipe in The Mines, Balakong and I am very disappointed with the service.
   I entered the restaurant at 9pm to have my dinner.
   They didn't bring the menu even though I asked them to upon entering the restaurant and I have to wait 15 minutes for them to give me the menu and take my order.
   I want to order my favorite dish but they say can only order food which is can be ready in less than 20 minutes.
   So I ordered something which is not what I wanted in the first place.
   After almost 1 hour of waiting, they started to closed the main door but they still haven't give me my food.
   I asked them to prepare it as I'm so hungry and I chose the restaurant for my dinner.
   They say that they are preparing but the cook is not doing anything (they are lying).
   When I asked them will the food be ready quick, they said yes.
   After few minutes I cancelled the order because I'm tired of waiting for the food that never came.
   And I saw the waiter did a thumbs up to the cook.
   Obviously they did not care at all about the customer and the service is very bad.
   I would strongly recommend anyone NOT to go there or you will be sorry as I am.
