Sugu, the husband of the famous youtube couple who is doing the local cooking show has been charged with unlawful possession of a dangerous sickle weapon in a public place. Which is a 26-inch sickle at the Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun’s parking lot on 21 July?<\/p>\n

According to the local news, Sugu has made a plea in front of Judge Mohd Fauzi Mohd Nasir when the charges were reported in Tamil in the Ipoh Magistrate court on 24 July. While the deputy prosecutor, Mohd Waffy Ismail requested the court to set bail at RM20,000 to ensure that Sugu will be present at court throughout the trial. As if Sugu if found guilty can be charged\u00a0imprisonment not less than five years and not more than 10 years as well as be subject to whipping.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the lawyer representing Sugu, Mahinderjit Singh requested a lower bail as Pavithra’s current situation only can afford to pay a bail of between RM5,000 to RM10,000 and that they have 2 young children at age 2 and 8.<\/p>\n

Perhaps the case is just a misunderstanding between the couple and they finally agreed to settle it outside of court. Which might be a better way to solve this. Let us just pray that this couple will stay back as the lovely couple over on their youtube show as before.<\/p>\n
