The customers don\u2019t have to pay the full price of the homes when they\u00a0\u201cpurchased\u201d<\/em>\u00a0the house through Lazada but instead, they need to pay is just RM 3,000 as registration fee.\u00a0 Don’t worry on if you change your mind as this is fully refundable if your purchase is unsuccessful or if you\u2019ve changed your mind.<\/p>\n The collaboration is quite the exclusive as this collaboration would be the very first in Southeast Asia where you can buy a house during the upcoming 12.12 sale. There would be an exclusive 5% incentive for Lazada buyers that\u2019s worth between RM20,000 to RM30,000.<\/p>\n A note to take that the incentive are in limited quantities and on first-come, first-serve basis.<\/p>\n Oh, one more thing is that you\u00a0will only able to add these homes into their Lazada\u2019s cart from 10 to 12 December but they are able to preview these homes starting from today onwards.<\/p>\n Last last one point is that the prospective buyers are advised to contact their banks to check on their loan eligibility before placing a booking.
