This would be something that you might wanna take note if you&#8217;re one of those people.<\/p>\n<p>Starting from April 1, 2019, Public Bank will be charging extra fees if you are using cash or cheques to pay for your credit card bills and loan repayments!<\/p>\n<p>Here is an announcement on their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbebank.com\/Announcements.aspx#q2657\">website<\/a>\u00a0made on September 30, where there will be a charge of RM2 if you perform over-the-counter transactions for credit card and loan repayments. If you&#8217;re considering using the machines Cash Deposit Terminal, Cash Recycling Machine or Cheque Deposit Machine, you might want to think twice as this will incur an additional charge of 50 sens instead of RM2.<\/p>\n<p>Seems like with all these additional charges, the final aim of the bank is to move towards a cashless society and perform more of our transactions online.
