Police have been on the hunt for the suspect ever since the victim first made the report and thankfully it was just been confirmed that the suspect was caught in action again last night according to another fellow passenger. The suspect was wearing the same exact shirt and face mask which he was caught masturbating once again and caught it on video as proof to prove to the authorities.<\/p>\n
