One Malaysian driver was unfortunate enough to be in this situation and was fined for using his phone because he was taking a video of an accident scene.<\/p>\n<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"fb-video\" data-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/inforoadblockjpjpolis\/videos\/298368051624815\/\" data-width=\"500\" data-show-text=\"false\">\n<blockquote class=\"fb-xfbml-parse-ignore\" cite=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/inforoadblockjpjpolis\/videos\/298368051624815\/\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/inforoadblockjpjpolis\/videos\/298368051624815\/\">Main Handphone, Saman Terus<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Main Handphone, Saman Terus<\/p>\n<p>Posted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/inforoadblockjpjpolis\/\">Info Roadblock JPJ\/POLIS<\/a> on Tuesday, March 9, 2021<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>On the video posted on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/watch\/?v=298368051624815\">Info Roadblock JPJ\/POLIS<\/a>,\u00a0 the person who was recording the video is seen driving past a car which has turned over and some police officers were seen controlling the situation with some directing the traffic and as he was driving through, he was recording the accident, however when he was passing through a police officer, it was too late as the officer then order his colleague to summons n him.<\/p>\n<p>According to Rule 17A, LN166\/59 of the Road Traffic Rules 1959, using your phone while driving a vehicle is considered a serious offence, and violators of this act\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/worldofbuzz.com\/pdrm-you-will-have-to-go-to-court-and-pay-rm1000-if-caught-using-your-phone-while-driving\/\">will be required to attend a court hearing<\/a>.
