In the recent days, there has been many new announcement done by TM and probably in conjunction with the new government as well. If you’re still missing out then you need hear it again from us<\/p>\n

Here is the 3 New Policies from TM That You Need To Know which taking place in August 2018<\/p>\n

1. TM Needs 30 Days Notice in Advance for Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is a new termination policy was published on Unifi\u2019s official\u00a0website<\/a>\u00a0via a pop-up message. It has stated that customers who intend to terminate their service must now provide 30 days notice prior to termination. You can inform them through communication channels via unifi.com.my, live chat at unifi.com.my\/chat, their social channels on Facebook and Twitter, or by email to\u00a0help@tm.com.my.\u00a0After the 30 days notice, customers are still required to go to their nearest TMpoint to complete the termination process.<\/p>\n

Quite fair for the termination notice if you ask us cause TM also need notice period<\/p>\n

2. Free Upgrade of Network<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is an exciting month for those who are with TM as Unifi\/Streamyx users will be getting the upgraded speed<\/a> (10x) for FREE starting from 15th August onwards. All the\u00a0Unifi\/Streamyx who are eligible for this upgrade will be notified through email. So make sure you check your mailbox to ensure that you are qualified for this upgrade.<\/p>\n

3. The New Basic Plan<\/strong><\/p>\n

This plan only costs\u00a0RM79\/month and comes with 30Mbps paired with 60GB quota. This new basic plan is eligible for the lower income people where their household earnings under RM4,500. If you’re eligible, you’re required to produce supporting documents such as a\u00a0verified salary slip, documents verified by local authorities, or a copy of your BR1M acceptance letter.<\/p>\n

Good news is that the plan will\u00a0be available from 1 August 2018 onwards.<\/p>\n
