The market research from Ipsos firm, which showed their latest study on the pandemic effect on the country workforce revealed that 65% of Malaysia are claim to work from home compare to 52% from the global average.<\/p>\n<p>This study which was conducted among 12,823 people, aged 16 to 74, who are employed online across 28 countries. However, the survey also noted that Malaysian are experiencing the highest level of anxiety among other 28 countries. Among the countries being compared are Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China (mainland), Colombia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, and the United States.<\/p>\n<p>While the stress was showed from changes in routine, family pressure and other concert. Currently, the work-life balance is a challenge for about two third of Malaysian employees. Were 62% polled that their home are unequipped to get the work done.
