If the deceased died spontaneously in a place other than the hospital, the National Registration Bureau will entrust the municipal health team or police to issue a death certificate.\u00a0If it is an unnatural or accidental death such as suicide, drowning, or car accident, the police have the right to deal with it first.<\/p>\n
