wages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>According to Article 63 of the Labor Act of 1955, it is clearly stated that when an employer wants to terminate an employee\u2019s service, whether it is permanent, temporary or voluntary, or a salary reduction, the employer must fill in the layoff form (PK) and submit it to the worker within 30 days Bureau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" than RM10,000.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>According to data from the Ministry of Human Resources, from January to July 2020, a total of 67,068 employees applied for employment insurance due to unemployment.\u00a0However, at the same time, the relevant authorities only received layoff forms for 44,426 employees.\u00a0This means that many employers fail to fill in and submit layoff forms
